Are you looking for the opportunity to use your knowledge of processes, data, and Supply Chain in a global company? We are looking for a Process Consultant for our Global Upstream Supply Chain team that can take our order process to the next level.

You will become a part of a Global Upstream Team currently consisting of 6 colleagues, as part of LINAK´s Global Supply Chain which consists of 21 colleagues. You will get the opportunity to put a significant mark on both efficiency improvements through digitalization of administrative processes using EDI and through data analysis to identify areas for improvement.

This position will bring both support and day-to-day tasks as well as new projects/tasks where you will be responsible for collecting, validating, and transforming the collected data into specific tasks to achieve the LINAK goals for upstream efficiency.

Your primary tasks:

  • Process owner for our processes within the EDI set up, including:
    • Initiate and run new EDI projects with customers including test of set up, documentation and training of users.
    • day-to-day routines to ensure the process is under control.
    • Keep track of the process through KPI´s.
    • Responsible for our documentation regarding EDI
  • Monitor stock levels and take appropriate action if needed.
  • Ad hoc tasks within data analysis to support decisions in our upstream supply chain.
  • Future tasks could include being responsible for our continuous improvement of our Supply Chain data communication with our suppliers and customers.

You:

  • take control and responsibility for your field of work, are self-driven and excellent at coordinating and planning.
  • thrive with tasks where you can work structured and “hands-on”.
  • can define goals and results but at the same time keep focus on the process.
  • have broad experience of processes, data collection, data processing and preferably an understanding of value chains within a manufacturing company.
  • enjoy working together with others on complex tasks.
  • are good at gathering global stakeholders in a positive work environment to complete the task.
  • are curious and like to work and laugh in an informal environment.
  • have a relevant education either within Supply Chain e.g. Cand.Merc int. Business Development or Global Business Engineer. You could also hold a degree from a relevant IT field or have some years of experience within Supply Chain
  • We expect you to be an experienced user of Microsoft programs, be a Superuser in Excel and preferably have experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O.
  • You are fluent in Danish and English (oral and written).
