Danfoss is looking for a passionate Marketing Specialist to join our team. If you desire to be part of shaping innovative energy efficiency solutions and communicate it to a global audience, this position is for you.
Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
Internal Comms (Always on)
- Collection of information about our successes, and in general all interesting information (success stories, events, personal stories, awards, new products, etc.) of our segment for internal use from all regions
- Article writing
- Coordination with all interested parties
- Setting up process and repository for success story collection
- Managing IRF Sharepoint
Digital marketing - Monitoring webpage performance and proposing improvements
- Ensuring web content is up to date and correct
- Building reporting how effective work our digital assets work
Other - Organizing demo unit production for sales visits and exhibitions

- Your relevant educational background is preferably at a Master level.
- Experience ideally in a global organization combined with some experience from a communication agency.
- Experience from within the fields of sustainability and public affairs, and work with international organizations is a plus.
- Your extraordinary passion and energy allow you to be proactive and stay on top of things.
- You are a team player with outstanding interpersonal and collaborative skills.
- You act in the role as a trusted advisor, by being a good listener and asking the right questions, you enable communications solutions and problem solving.
